Unotech Media Group was engaged to create a distinctive brand identity that reflects this ambition while remaining deeply rooted in African heritage.
The Big Idea
At the heart of the identity is the baobab tree, an iconic symbol of sub-Saharan Africa often called the “Tree of Life.” Across the continent, it represents resilience, longevity, and community, standing as a place of gathering and continuity across generations.
We translated this meaning into a visual identity that reflects strength, stability, and deep roots. These qualities align closely with LandAfrique’s vision of building lasting developments across Africa.
The logo draws from a fusion of the baobab’s bold form and the African map, creating a mark that feels grounded, timeless, and proudly African.
Execution
We developed a complete brand identity system including the logo, typography, color palette, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all applications. This was extended across key physical touchpoints such as stationery, marketing materials, signage, merchandise, and outdoor assets including billboards, all designed to reinforce a cohesive and premium brand presence.
By creating a unified visual system, LandAfrique is able to present itself consistently across all physical touchpoints, strengthening trust, improving brand recall, and supporting its growth ambitions.
