The old platform was disjointed and the services running loan origination and portfolio management were poorly executed. The brief was to consolidate all these services into one unit and make it more professional, robust and functional for both customers and the inhouse team. We built an entire loan origination web application as well as a loan management platform from scratch and tied it all in with a new corporate website, whilst aligning with their brand ethos. We also gave the website some search engine visibility so that people looking for loans could easily find them. The results were very impressive from day one with increased in-house productivity registered and a sharp increase in loan applications from a very targeted organic audience.
